The essence of any LCL program is frequency; Italy is our most popular origin country for LCL shipments and we guarantee weekly vessels. Because of that, we leveraged our buying power to create an unbeatable program called “Italian Lite.”
Italian Lite differs from standard LCL shipments because we’ve created an easy to use zone system with an all inclusive per case rate. It takes the guessing and estimates from the typical weight/measure LCL program out of the equation! Importer’s who want prompt shipment of small orders (70 cases minimum) will benefit from this fast, secure and economical program.
One per case price includes:
- Coordination, follow up and shipping advice
- Pick up at origin and transportation to an Albatrans warehouse
- Warehousing/Consolidation/Container loading in Italy
- Transportation to Port of Loading
- Italian Port fees, including Port Terminal Service Charge
- Italian Customs Documentation, Export Clearance, Export Taxes
- Ocean Carrier booking and preparation of Bill of Lading/Shipping documents
- Ocean Freight costs including Currency Adjustment Factor and Fuel Adjustment Factor
- U.S. Terminal Handling Charge
- Deconsolidation at U.S. Terminal
The only additional charges will be for U.S. Customs Clearance and delivery to your warehouse.
