Strikes Suspend Operations at San Antonio Port

According to latest information received from San Antonio Terminal, today began an indefinite strike of dockworkers from 6 labor unions because the parties failed to reach an agreement. Additionally, the terminal reported a strike of SAG workers today and from customs officials beginning Thursday, September 8th.

In light of these strikes, San Antonio Port operations are temporarily suspended for both incoming and departing cargo. We will keep you informed on updates on the strike and the actions shipping lines will implement.
