Claims: Simple 4-Step Process
- Notify WSSA promptly after discovering suspected temperature damage.
- Sort through and separate product based on condition; document with photos.
- Submit documents: BOL, commercial and freight invoices, packings lists, delivery receipts, photos, and any temperature records.
- Inspection & resolution: The WSSA team will guide next steps and resolution.
