The Wine & Spirits Shippers Association (WSSA) is a not-for-profit cooperative that unites the shipping needs of member importers and exporters to secure dependable transportation solutions and consistent capacity across land, sea, and air.
Founded in 1976 by the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) and the National Association of Beverage Importers (NABI), we have spent decades cultivating strong carrier relationships and industry advocacy so members can move products with confidence and navigate the supply chain effectively.
Who We Serve
WSSA serves over 700 member companies – beverage alcohol importers, exporters and distributors – moving goods from major production regions worldwide to markets across the globe. Through our partnership with Albatrans International Freight Forwarders, members gain a unified, globally coordinated logistics process. Together, we ensure that supplier agreements and transportation contracts are consistently applied across all regions.
