Latest Updates on Tariffs Post-Supreme Court decision on Friday, February 20, 2026, declaring the IEEPA authority is not a legal means to impose tariffs, US Customs has published the message ending collection of IEEPA tariffs as of February 24, 12:01 AM Eastern Time. All Harmonized Tariff numbers associated with the IEEPA tariffs will become inactive.
There is still no clear path for refunds of IEEPA tariffs paid. We are monitoring closely and will advise as soon as there is news on the process. |
