2027 CBMA assignments: Foreign producers may submit 2027 CBMA tax benefit assignments in myTTB as of October 1, 2026. The deadline for 2027 assignments is March 31, 2028. Importers should remind suppliers to submit any remaining 2026 assignments by March 31, 2027.
FDA registration renewal: The FDA biennial renewal period for Food Facility Registrations is now open and runs through December 31, 2026. Registrations not renewed by 11:59 PM on December 31 will expire. Importers that hold registrations should renew them and confirm that their suppliers have renewed as well.
